Eldon Donald Becker, 73, of McPherson, KS, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, at Pinnacle Park Healthcare & Rehab in Salina, KS. He worked at Sanofi Winthrop/Abbott and CertainTeed, both of McPherson.
Eldon was born on April 30, 1949, in Moundridge, KS, the son of Donald Richard and Billie Richerlee (Sutton) Becker. He graduated from McPherson High School. On March 5, 1978, Eldon was united in marriage to Donna L. Campbell in Little River, KS. This union was blessed with two daughters, Jamie and Jennifer.
He attended Countryside Covenant Church, McPherson.
Survivors include: two daughters, Jamie Hamel of Edmond, OK and Jennifer Bontrager (Brian) of Yoder, KS; siblings, Jeanene Krough (Mark) of Randolph, VA, Darrell Becker (Shelly) of Coffeyville, KS, and Sandra Thomas of McPherson, KS; two grandchildren, Michael Bontrager and Daniel Bontrager; and many more extended family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at Stockham Family Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, February 22, at Stockham Family Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Black officiating. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery.
