Mary K. (Ratcliffe) Hoss, age 81, died Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Leisure Homestead, Stafford.
Born October 15, 1941 in Kansas City, KS, she was the daughter of Mary (Hanger) and Harley Ratcliffe. Mary grew up in Clinton, Missouri and Stafford. In 1959 she graduated from Stafford High School. Mary married in 1962, and later divorced. She worked at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall’s Service Station, and Leisure Homestead which she retired from in 2007, after working there for 30 years and 8 months.
Mary is survived by her 3 daughters, Kathy Hoss, Carla (Craig) Childs, Connie Nickels; sister, Helen Creevy; grandchildren, Robert, Melissa, Megan, Joshua, Calli, Lane and Laci; great-grandchildren, Christian, Amerie, Ariya, Jakobi, Addison, Jolie, Austin and Zeke; along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: son, Kelly A. Hoss; sister, Ramona Hall, and brother-in-law John Hall.
Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, February 27 at Minnis Chapel, Stafford with Pastor Eric Taylor presiding. Cremation has taken place. A private inurnment will be at Stafford Cemetery.
