Valera Hamm passed away January 6, 2023 at Salem Home in Hillsboro.
She was born September 10, 1932 in Tecumseh, Kansas to Presley and Helen (Buckle) Graves. She married Gaylord Hamm October 1, 1948 in Florence. Survivors include: son, James Gaylord (Myrna) Hamm of rural Tampa; daughters, Bonnie Jean (Larry) Winter of Silver Lake, Barbara Fay (Ron) Williams of Glenpool, Oklahoma; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband in 2021.
Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2023 at Durham Baptist Church. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
