The Tigers were coming off a 78-65 victory against then-No. 11 Dodge City.
Five Dragons put up double figures, led by Kiki Smith's 17.
Smith finished 6-of-7 from the floor, including a perfect 3-of-3 from beyond the arc.
Journey Armstead posted her sixth-straight double-double with 14 points and 10 assists.
Akaysha Muggeridge tied a career high for points (16) and made threes (4).
Hailey Jackson and Madi Denison each added 12.
Ndack Mbengue registered a double-double for Cowley with 11 points and 17 rebounds.
Jaiden Smith led the Tigers with her 14 bench points.

Hutchinson scored 38 points off 29 Cowley turnovers.
The Dragons return home Saturday, Feb. 17, to face No. 21 Butler (19-5, 13-5) at 2 p.m.
