Smith finished 6-of-7 from the floor, including a perfect 3-of-3 from beyond the arc.
Journey Armstead posted her sixth-straight double-double with 14 points and 10 assists.
Akaysha Muggeridge tied a career high for points (16) and made threes (4).
Hailey Jackson and Madi Denison each added 12.
Ndack Mbengue registered a double-double for Cowley with 11 points and 17 rebounds.
Jaiden Smith led the Tigers with her 14 bench points.
