HUTCHINSON, Kan. — United Way of Reno County is excited to announce that we have hired our new CEO. Congratulations, Lacey Mills. We are so excited for you to join our team.
Lacey Mills is a dedicated professional with over 12 years of non-profit experience. She has a passion for building relationships and making a difference in her community. Currently serving as the Vice President of Marketing and Development at TECH, Lacey has been instrumental in telling TECH's story, fundraising, branding, event execution, volunteer coordination, and fostering a vibrant organizational culture.
A Hutchinson native, Lacey has deep roots in the community and is actively involved in various civic organizations such as the Hutchinson Rotary Club, Buhler Education Foundation, and PHMS PTO. Her commitment to community involvement reflects her genuine dedication to making Hutchinson a better place for all.
Lacey's role at TECH has allowed her to leverage her skills in storytelling, fundraising, and relationship-building to advance the organization's mission. Her ability to connect with stakeholders and effectively communicate TECH's impact has been instrumental in driving support for the agency's programs and initiatives.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Lacey cherishes time spent with her family. She resides in Hutchinson with her husband Justin and their 13-year-old son, Easton. As Lacey transitions to a new company, her commitment to community, passion for storytelling, and dedication to making a difference will undoubtedly continue to shine through in her work.
Lacey will begin her role with United Way of Reno County on April 1.
