HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The state championships for scholars bowl to be contested Saturday will generally go through the Hutch Post area.
Hutchinson High School is hosting 5A, McPherson Middle School hosts 4A, Moundridge is hosting 2A and Central Christian in Hutchinson is hosting 1A Division II.
Of those hosts, Central Christian and Moundridge's teams also qualified for their state meet.
Other area schools to qualify include Pratt (4A) Cunningham (1A-II) Goessel, (1A-1) Little River, (1A-1) Hesston (3A) , Trinity Catholic (2A) and Sterling (2A).
Registration for the meets is at 11 a.m. with the first rounds beginning at noon. You can find ticket information at the KSHSAA website.
