HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson City Council is back up to five members with the installation of Scott Meggers as the NE District council member at the meeting on Tuesday. Meggers defeated Stuart Conklin III in the November election.

Also, Greg Fast was elected Mayor for 2024, with Stacy Goss as Vice-Mayor for this year.
