HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The FCT Summer Academy is scheduled for June 3-7, 2024. It is being directed by Mr. Nicholas Amezola. He was seen in Sponge Bob Musical, Harvey, White Christmas, Oliver! and Puffs. He, also, directed and was the choreographer for White Christmas and Oliver!
The Academy will feature a session for our youngest actors, ages 6-12 meeting from 9:00-noon each day. The Academy’s older actors (13-18) will meet from 1:00-4:00 p.m. each day. Both groups will conclude the Academy with a showcase featuring the songs and dances the evening of Friday, June 7 at the Flag Theatre.
The cost of the Academy is $75. The fee includes an Academy T-shirt and snacks. Scholarships are available. For information about scholarships please contact Craig Williams by email at [email protected].
Our actors will learn about: character, auditioning skills, music and dance.
