HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Smallville Festival continues throughout the day Saturday.
Saturday activities kick off early with the Smallville 5K and Super Hero 1-mile run. Registration begins at 7 a.m. at DCI Park with the 1-mile run at 8 a.m. and the 5K to follow at 8:30. The Kiwanis breakfast starts at 7:30 at DCI Park.
The Smallville Con will run from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. A complete list of activities can be found on hutchrec.com. Slackline activities will run from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. and then from 11:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. The check-in for the pub crawl starts at 2:30 with the event kicking off at 3 p.m.
The adult costume contest is at 8 p.m. at the Salt City Brewery with registration at 7 p.m. The Dirty Dozen Brass Band will perform at the Fox Theatre starting at 7 p.m.
