NEWTON, Kan. — The summer street paving work in the City of Newton continues.

Contractor Pearson Construction finished the mill and overlay on Medical Center Drive last week. 

On Tuesday, July 16, they will begin milling Quail Drive (Duncan to Meadowlark Lane) and Old Main (Southport Drive to Windward Drive). They will begin repaving with the overlay on Thursday in Quail Creek, followed by Old Main.
