
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The HutchCC Board of Trustees will consider bids for the campus Courtyard and Greenspace Renovation at its meeting on Thursday.
The recommendation is to approve the low bid from Prairie Landworks, Inc. in the amount of $1,810,000.
The Fire Science program is also upgrading from a 1995 fire engine to a 2007 American LaFrance Custom Pumper, The recommended bid is $80,000 from Brindle Mountain Fire Apparatus.
The program will also be buying twelve wireless facepiece radios that are compatible with their breathing equipment at a cost of $ 45,197.88 from TBS Electronics.
The board will also consider a replacement to succeed Marla Eriksen. No name for any potential nominee is listed on the meeting agenda.
The Hutchinson Community College Board of Trustees will hold their meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Justice Theater of the Shears Technology Center at Hutchinson Community College at 1300 North Plum.
