HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson Public Library announced Friday that it will be increasing hours starting Monday.
The new hours are Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. until 7 p.m.; Friday 10 a.m. until 6 p.m.; and Saturday from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. The library will be closed on Sunday.
Since case counts in the county continue to be at a low level, library officials say things are looking very favorable to continue with plans to open the library building for longer hours.
The library also asks that patrons continue to use common sense precautions of wearing a mask, keeping some distance and washing hands.
