
Diana Lynn Twineham, 63, of Hutchinson, died January 24, 2025, at Hospice House. She was born January 12, 1962, in Stafford, to Billy Gene and Lenore Ann (Flandermeyer) Waters.
Diana graduated from Buhler High School in 1980 and attended Hutchinson Community College. She worked as office manager for KanOx (Airgas) for many years, secretary at Peel Center - HCC, and caregiver at Home Instead and TECH. Diana loved horses and was a barrel racing champion in her younger years. She also enjoyed volunteering at Reins of Hope and working in her flower garden. Diana was of the Southern Baptist faith.
On August 17, 1984, she married Steve Twineham, in Hutchinson. They shared over 40 years of marriage. He survives.
Also surviving are: her daughter, Nikki Delay and husband Jesse of Wichita; sister, Kathleen Hysom and husband Roger of Nisswa, MN; brother, Steven Waters and wife Sheri of Hutchinson; niece, Ashley Petrovic and husband Alex of Racine, WI; nephews, Jacob Waters of Lawrence, Colton Waters and wife Savannah of Wichita, Hunter Waters and wife Kaylee of Wichita; great-nephew, Eli Waters; great-nieces, Emersyn Waters, Lilee Kilgore; and her beloved dog, Moose.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, February 6, 2025, at Elliott Chapel. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date in Buhler East Cemetery.
Friends may sign her memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at Elliott Mortuary.
