LEHIGH, Kan. —Authorities are investigating the death of a man in Marion County.
Marion County sheriff's deputies responded Sunday to an address in Lehigh that referenced a person unresponsive, according to a media release. Through their investigation, it was determined that an altercation occurred in McPherson County in the 1000 block of 21st Avene or about three miles south of Galva.
The McPherson County Sheriff’s Office was notified of the altercation and the Marion County Sheriff’s Office notified them of the 32-year-old man who was found deceased.
