HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Parents and stakeholders in Nickerson/South Hutchinson USD 309 are encouraged to take the survey regarding the prospect of four-day school weeks in the district.
The survey has fewer than 20 questions and a spot at the bottom for more specific feedback not addressed in the questionnaire.
Parent nights for information on the concept were held March 5 and 6.
The survey also specifically says with regard to teacher retention, "Due to state funding, raises are not an option."
