Farm groups have filed a legal brief that encourages the Supreme Court to hear a case on labeling for glyphosate and other pesticides.
They say that glyphosate is a “once-in-a-century” herbicide, but incorrect interpretations of the label has put the chemical at risk of being unavailable for use.
Federal regulators have tested the safety of the product many times and determined that it is completely safe.
