
Farm groups have filed a legal brief that encourages the Supreme Court to hear a case on labeling for glyphosate and other pesticides.
They say that glyphosate is a “once-in-a-century” herbicide, but incorrect interpretations of the label has put the chemical at risk of being unavailable for use.
