Hutchinson's 69-55 loss at Dodge City Saturday is the team's third straight road loss.
Now 4-4 in conference play, the Dragons have been outscored by an average of 11.7 points per contest in the last three losses.
Another slow start saw Hutchinson trail by eight points after one quarter.
That margin was decreased to three by halftime.
The Dragons were then outscored 32-21 in the second half.

Mya Williams led Hutchinson with 22 points while Morgan Browning added 10.
Monae Duffy was held scoreless for the first time in her collegiate career on 0-4 shooting.
Four Conquistadors put up double digits, led by 15 each from Jada Burton and Leah Mafua.
