HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Fee Insurance Group of Hutchinson has been named to Business Insurance’s annual list of Best Places to Work in Insurance. This is the first time the company has been recognized for the honor, according to a news release.
The designation is awarded based on the anonymous feedback of insurance company employees, as well as an employer questionnaire about company benefit programs, policies and practices.
“There are many reasons I’m proud of our business and the work we do, but knowing our employees enjoy being a part of our team and have bought into our culture is one of our greatest accomplishments to date,” Bob Fee, president of Fee Insurance Group, said. “The service we provide isn’t something that can be replaced by a machine or a computer. Our business lives and dies with having great people on our team to advise our clients.”
