MCPHERSON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 10 a.m. Monday in McPherson County.
The McPherson County Sheriff's office reported a Kawasaki motorcycle driven by a 37-year-old man was attempting to pass a Ford F75 utility truck at Kansas 153 and Ironhorse Road.
The motorcycle collided with the truck as the truck was attempting a left turn. McPherson EMS and Fire provided the the driver of the motorcycle lifesaving aid and transported him to McPherson Hospital.
He was later air-lifted to a Wichita hospital. The Sheriff's office did not release the names of those involved.
