Description
Primary Responsibilities for CNA:
-Provides personal care for residents
-Supports and fosters good relationships with residents, families, and visitors
-Offers input into the assessment of the residents and the care planning
-Assists the resident with transfers, promotes ambulation and exercise
Qualifications for CNA:
-Valid Kansas certification required
-Experience in adult care and services helpful
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Ability to collaborate with a team
-Must be able to lift 30 pounds unassisted
