Lynnette Kay Arndt, 59, died December 21, 2022, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born June 16, 1963, in El Dorado, to Kenneth M. and Reva June (Edwards) Smith.
Lynnette graduated from El Dorado High School and received her bachelor’s degree from Southwestern College, Winfield. She worked as a traveling medical technician. Lynnette loved anything outdoors, exploring new places and traveling, especially to the beaches and mountains.
Lynnette is survived by: son, Brett Arndt of Hutchinson; twin daughters, Claire Arndt (Trace Tomme) of Beaufort, SC, and Paige Arndt (fiancé, Gavin Wolfe) of Colorado Springs, CO; sister, Devonne Wulle (James) of Flagstaff, AZ; and Brett, Claire and Paige’s father, Wayne Arndt of Colwich.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Denise Smith.
Celebration of Life service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 30, 2022, at Elliott Chapel, with the Reverend Dr. Kim Biery officiating. Friends may sign her book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Lynnette Arndt Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
