
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Cosmosphere will host a watch party Tuesday morning as NASA, the European Space Agency (ESA) and the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) release the James Webb Space Telescope’s first full-color images and spectroscopic data. The televised broadcast begins at 9:30 a.m. from NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland.
Guests will be able to watch in the Cosmosphere lobby. And Cosmosphere patrons will get to learn more about the history of telescopes and the promise of how the Webb Telescope will change the understanding of the universe at the next Coffee at the Cosmo on Thursday, July 21, starting at 9 a.m.
