Sharon Kay Davis, 75, of Newton, and formerly of McPherson, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at Kansas Christian Home, Newton.
Sharon was born on December 26, 1946, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of Myron W. and Pauline M. (Slabach) Scott. She graduated from McPherson High School. While living in McPherson, she worked at TG&Y and the McPherson County Court House.
Survivors include: a son, Scott Davis (Paula) of McPherson; three grandchildren, Tyler Davis (Taylor), Tyson Davis, and Emily Delk (Cody); four great-grandchildren, Leah Jackson, Josie Davis, Bowen Davis, and Waylon Delk; a nephew, Paul Pope; three nieces, Dede Moore, Diana Day, and Collette Moore; and a brother-in-law, Joe Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Jerry Scott, Janice Moore, and Peggy Fortner; and three infant children, Charles, Perry, and Jack.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, November 4, 2022, at McPherson Cemetery.
