
SHAWNEE COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating vandalism at a Topeka church
Just after 3p.m. On May 2, police were dispatched to In Gods House Church, 1616 NE Seward Avenue in Topeka, in response to vandalism to a bus, according to a media relase.
The bus displayed disturbing messages of hate.

Police notified the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) due to the type of vandalism displayed. As a result of the investigation, police identified a 15-year-old boy and a 16-year-old as suspects.
On Tuesday, police sent the case to the Shawnee County District Attorney’s office for charging consideration.
