On April 9, based on an investigation, a search warrant was applied for, granted and then conducted at 201 Parsons Street in Robinson, Kanas, according to Brown County Sheriff John Merchant.. Both are being held on requested charges of Child Endangerment, Possession of Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Andrew Armstrong also faces charges of Possession of Marijuana, according to Merchant.
