HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Works announced it will be making needed updates to the traffic lights at East 4th Avenue and Halstead.
This will involve the removal of one of the mast arms holding the traffic lights. While this work is being done, the power to the intersection will be off and controlled with a 4-way stop.
Normal traffic flow should only be interrupted for brief times while the mast arm is being moved. Weather permitting, the intersection should be back to normal by the end of the day Friday.
