HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutch Rec will offer an ESports session starting next month.
XP League at Hutch Rec is an introduction to esports in a non-competitive environment. Each week, certified XP League NW Wichita coaches will use a different game to teach participants the basics of game skills while emphasizing positive communication and teamwork.
Esports combine many of the learning and growing experiences you’d expect to find in any youth sport with the technology and computer skills needed to compete in today’s most popular games. This course is designed for students with some or no experience.
Registration deadline is Sept. 13 and you can register online or in person at Hutch Rec at 17 East First.
