WYANDOTTE COUNTY—Law enforcement investigating another homicide in Kansas City, Kansas have released the name of the victim.
Just after 5a.m. Tuesday, Detectives with the Kansas City, Kansas Police Department were dispatched to the 2200 block of Normandy Lane in response to a report of a deceased individual in the roadway. Upon arrival, officers located 38-year-old Sheldon Moten of Kansas City, Kansas, according to a statement from police.
A person of interest was taken into custody. Police have not released the name of the suspect or possible charges.
