HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson City Council will hold an executive session to have further discussions on their permanent City Manager search as part of their meeting on Tuesday.
Also on the agenda are proclamations for Fire Prevention Week, National Disability Employment Awareness Month and Cyber Security Month.
The council also is slated to approve the right to locate outdoor cafe lights and a planter with flowers and a free library on the City sidewalk in front of 125 North Main Street for Splinters-N-Rust.
The council also will take up a request where Ricky Greathouse will be locating a private sanitary sewer service line in the City’s right-of-way along Greathouse Street and Elm Street adjacent to Centennial Park. The presence of the private sanitary sewer service line will not create a hazard or interfere with City operations.
The License Agreement will provide authority from the City of Hutchinson to Ricky Greathouse for this limited purpose.
The council will also consider an agreement with Interfaith Housing for the city's annual down payment assistance program.
The Hutchinson City Council meets Tuesday at 9 a.m. at City Hall at 125 East Avenue B.
