PRATT COUNTY –Two people were injured in an accident just before 5:30p.m. Monday in Pratt County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by Dustin R. Brenner, 37, Pratt, was northbound on NW 70th Avenue at U.S. 54.
The driver failed to stop at the stop sign at U.S. 54. A westbound 2005 Kenworth semi driven by Victor M. Maldonado, 29, Ulysses, struck the pickup.
EMS transported Brenner and Maldonado to Pratt Regional Medical Center. Brenner was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
