HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Works announced that portions of East 23rd and Severance will be closed periodically for mill and overlay work. This includes the round-a-bout.
Lane closures can be expected on Severance between 23rd and 30th avenues and on 23rd from Severance east to Waldron. The lane closures will vary day-to-day depending on where the contractor is working.
Weather permitting, the project should be finished in about four weeks.
