HUTCHINSON, Kan. - Tied 3-3 after four innings, the Wichita Dirtbags were able to take advantage of Hutchinson Monarchs late inning errors to win 6-3 Friday night at Hobart-Detter field in Hutchinson.
The game was originally planned to be played in Wichita but was switched to Hobart-Detter due to the Dirtbags not able to secure a home field.
Same two teams play tonight at Hobart-Detter with pregame ceremonies beginning at 6:30pm for the always popular Cancer Awareness night.
Proceeds from the silent auction and other evening events will go to the Cancer Council of Reno County.
