NEWTON, Kan. — According to a Friday update from Newton City Manager Kelly McElroy, the National Golf Foundation has recognized Sand Creek Station Golf Course as winner of the annual GolfSAT Customer Satisfaction Awards for the second straight year.
The GolfSAT platform, used by more than 1,000 U.S. golf facilities since its inception, is a golfer satisfaction survey that enables participating courses to compare satisfaction measures against benchmarks of similarly priced properties nationwide. GolfSAT provides operators with feedback on the overall customer golf experience, from course conditioning, pricing, pace of play, service and more, to the likelihood that golfers will recommend that course to others.
Sand Creek Station was recognized for the 14th time as the nation’s No. 1 standard and/or value course (peak green fee of under $70) in overall customer loyalty. Four other facilities also operated by KemperSports were top finishers in both categories.
