Virginia Lucille Schneider, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas, at the age of 70. Born in April 1954, Virginia lived a life full of love, spirituality, creativity, and dedication.

Virginia married William Schneider on October 20, 1973, in Wichita, Kansas. Their enduring marriage of over 50 years was a testament to their unwavering commitment and deep affection for one another. Together, they built a loving family that became the cornerstone of their lives.

Virginia is survived by her devoted husband, William; her two sons, Bradley and Christopher; and her two cherished grandchildren, Juliet and Jude. She is also survived by her parents, Martha Hutson and Thomas Hutson, and her two sisters, Thelma Hutson and Kathy Mann. Her family brought joy to her life, and she took immense pride in each of their accomplishments.

A woman of many talents, Virginia was a devoted Bible teacher. For those interested, she shared the Bible's message that a personal friendship with God is available through personal prayer and personal study of the Bible. In addition to her faith as one of Jehovah's Witnesses, Virginia found great joy in quilting and sewing. Her exceptional skill and creativity earned her awards at the State Fair, and her beautifully crafted quilts are treasured by many.

Virginia’s love for dachshunds was well-known among her family and friends. These delightful dogs brought her much happiness and companionship throughout her life.

For many years, Virginia worked as a bus driver and driver's safety instructor, a role in which she touched the lives of countless children and their families. Her patience, kindness, and dedication made her a beloved figure in her community.

Virginia’s life was a quilt-work of love, creativity, and service. She will be remembered for her warm heart, her artistic talents, and her unwavering devotion to her family and faith.

Virginia Schneider will be dearly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her family and loved ones anxiously await the resurrection promise found in Job 14:13-15, and elsewhere in God's word.
