
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson USD 308 School Board will get an update on the continued negotiations with the union representing the district's teachers when it meets Monday.
After declaring an impasse, a mediator has been brought in to help move things along. The board will get the update in executive session.
Also Monday, the board will take action on a settlement with the KJUMP gas lawsuit and seek approval of a new agreement with WoodRiver Energy.
The board will also go over numerous agreements with local agencies for services and approve the purchase of two vans for the district. Monday’s meeting of the Hutchinson USD 308 School Board begins at 6 p.m. at the school district offices at 1520 N. Plum.
