HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson firefighters had to work Easter putting out a fire in a shed west of the city near Fun Valley.
According to a release from the department, crews were called at 4:43 p.m. to the 4300 block of West 4th, where they found a fire in a shed down a long access road away from 4th.
The small shed was almost completely burned before they could put the fire out. Firefighters also brought out a tender and brush unit to be sure the fire didn't spread in the grass. Evergy cut power to the shed to help them finish putting the fire out.
