Saige Rielle Becker, 35, of Canton, Kansas, passed away January 1, 2024 in Wichita, Kansas. She was born on March 31, 1988 in Salina, Kansas, the daughter of James K. Thomas and Marcy (Naegele) Unruh.
She attended Canton/Gavla Schools and Smokey Valley High School in Lindsborg.
Saige was baptized in the Lutheran faith. She had a love for animals.
Saige was united in marriage to Chad Alan Becker on May 5, 2016 in McPherson. He survives of the home.
She was a devoted homemaker and caregiver at Multi Community Diversified Services in McPherson and Lindsborg.
Other survivors include her children, Dee L. Becker of Canton, Alaina R. Becker, Jayla M. Becker and Alan J. Becker, all of the home; mother, Marcy Unruh of Canton; brother, Paden Unruh (fiancé, Kelsie Anderson) of Marquette; paternal grandmother, Judith Thomas of Canton; and father-in-law, Ron Becker of Canton.
Saige was preceded in death by her father, James K. Thomas; maternal grandparents, Hubert and Melba (Janssen) Naegele; paternal grandfather, Kenneth Thomas; and mother-in-law, Jennalee Becker.
Cremation is planned with private family services to be held. Inurnment will take place at Canton Township Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Sugar Creek School in care of Moundridge Funeral Home, PO Box 410, Moundridge, KS 67107.
