WICHITA — The Buhler girls finished 4th and the boys 5th at the Class 5-1A State Bowling Tournament Thursday at Wichita-Northrock Lanes.
Kenzie Welch was the top Crusader girl, finishing 10th. Trent Sheridan was 7th and Landon Kurtz was 17th.
Two Hutch boys and one girl placed at state as individuals, with Jaxson Green 12th and Brody Ummel 14th overall and Chloe Glaser was 11th in the girls 5-1A state tourney.
Individual champions were Salina South's Riley Lambeth for the girls and DeSoto's Colby Lovegren for the boys.
Class 6A bowling is today in Wichita.
