
Hutchinson Police Department
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — On February 21st, 2024, members of the Reno County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Unit and Hutchinson Police Department Special Operations Unit served search warrants on two local motel rooms. During the search, approximately 150 suspected fentanyl pills and over $1500 of suspected drug proceeds were seized. The following subjects were arrested:
1) Trammer L. McGuire, 28 YOM, for possession of fentanyl and drug paraphernalia
2) Cedrick D. Wade Jr., 26 YOM, for distribution of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, arrange the sale/purchase of a controlled substance using a communications device, aggravated child endangerment (7 counts), vehicle registration violation, and no proof of insurance.
3) Isaac J. Foley, 19 YOM, for distribution of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute, arrange the sale/purchase of a controlled substance using a communications device and aggravated child endangerment (7 counts).
4) Cyionna J. Washington, 24 YOF, for distribution of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and aggravated child endangerment (7 counts).
5) Savannah J. Boggs, 26 YOF, for distribution of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to distribute and aggravated child endangerment (7 counts).
All five subjects reside in the Hutchinson area.
