David W. Snodgrass, 63, of Haven, Kansas passed away Monday, August 14, 2023 at his home. He was born July 6, 1960 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Dale L. and Barbara (Jacob) Snodgrass.
He graduated from Haven High School with the class of 1978.
David worked as a letter carrier for the United States Postal Service and was also a NALC union member for 38 years, retiring in 2017.
He was united in marriage to Cynthia Preisser on June 4, 1983 in St. Joe, Kansas.
He never knew a stranger and could strike up a conversation with anyone. Above everything, David loved his children and grandchildren.
David is survived by his wife, Cindy Snodgrass of the home; sons, Jared (Savannah) Snodgrass of Sterling, and Dylan Snodgrass of Haven; three grandchildren, Cody, Penelope, and Jackson Snodgrass of Sterling; two brothers, Jack (Valerie) Snodgrass and John Snodgrass, both of Mt. Hope; and nephew and niece, Jeremy and Nicole.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and son, Joseph D. Snodgrass.
