PRETTY PRAIRIE, Kan. — The first of two informational meetings for patrons of Pretty Prairie USD 311 connected to the proposed bond issue is this evening.
The district is holding informational nights to discuss maintenance needs within the school district and the potential bond issue to cover those needs. Tonight’s meeting begins at 6 p.m.
The district is looking for public input and ideas on what is needed. They also want patrons to meet the architect and construction management teams that have been put in place. The night will also include a tour of the district's facilities. The second meeting is set for Monday, April 25th.
If all goes as planned, the district will put the bond issue before the voters in August.
