HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Kansas State Fair is now just a little more than a week away. The fair wants to remind those who love carnival rides that the Midway wristband sale ends on Wednesday.
Until then, the unlimited ride wristbands are $30. The wristband allows for unlimited rides on the Midway except for Monday, Sept. 12, and Saturday, Sept. 17.
For those who ride a little less, 20-ticket ride sheets are $20 through Thursday, Sept. 8. After that, they are $25. Gate admission for active or retired military is just $4. Ticket office hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. through Sept. 3 and again on Labor Day, Sept. 5. The ticket office will be open 8 a.m. until 6 p.m. Sept. 6; 8 a.m. until 7 p.m. Sept. 7; and 8 a.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8.
