HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Woodie Seat Freeway Improvements Phase 1 project will have the traffic control removed by APAC-Shears subcontractor Roadsafe starting Monday afternoon.
The roadway will be fully open on Tuesday with minimal restrictions.
The City of Hutchinson and APAC greatly appreciate the continued patience of residents on both sides of the river during this project.
The roadway will be closed again for the projects remaining work including bridge overlay, concrete pavement, and roadway surface mill/overlay in spring when temperatures meet the requirements for this work.
