SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Cheney Lake Watershed will be hosting "A Look at Fence Laws in Kansas" Thursday, February 29th 2024 at the South Hutchinson Community Center.
Roger McEowen, the Professor of Agricultural Law and Taxation at Washburn University School of Law, will help those who attend look at some of the laws surrounding fence in Kansas. You'll learn what a legal fence is in Kansas and who is responsible to pay for it.
