MONTGOMERY COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident during a high-speed chase with law enforcement just before 3:30p.m. Sunday in Montgomery County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2005 Dodge Durango driven by  Bradley M. Landers, 33, Blanchard, Oklahoma, was westbound on U.S. 166 at the U.S. 75 westbound junction attempting to elude police at a high rate of speed.

Landers was unable to negotiate a curve. The SUV traveled off the roadway to the left, struck a guardrail, overturned and came to rest on it's wheels.

EMS transported Landers to a hospital in Tulsa.  He was properly restrained, according to the KHP. Authorities have not released details on what prompted the chase.
