KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Hutchinson Fire Department / IAFF Local 179 Honor Guard had the privilege of “Posting Colors” at Kauffman Stadium for the Kansas City Royals.
This was a great honor for the team to represent the City of Hutchinson, IAFF Local 179, and the Hutchinson Fire Department. They received an A+ rating from the Royals PR team and hope to be invited back in the years to come.
Retired Battalion Chief Rex Albright, Captain Craig Walle, Captain Matthew Brooks, and Captain Aaron Walton represented the City of Hutchinson, The Hutchinson Fire Department, and IAFF Local 179 on a National Level in front of approximately 10,000 fans.
