
HAVEN, Kan. — A number of board appointments are a part of the Haven City Council’s agenda when they meet this evening.
The council will have nine members to the Recreation Board, two more to the park board and three city residents to the planning commission.
The council will also vote on a cost of living wage adjustment for city employees. Under the proposal employees will see a 4% increase.
And the council will discuss a purchase agreement with resident Myron Miller for a parcel of land that would be used for drainage for the new Wildcat Landing housing division on the city’s west side.
Tonight's Haven City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Haven city offices.
