SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Good news for motorists in Hutchinson, Reno County Public Works announced that the 4th Avenue bridge over the Cow Creek floodway is now open again.
The span has been closed for the past three weeks while a contractor made repairs to the bridge.
