HAVEN, Kan. — The Haven City Council will get an update on the legal matter involving the city pool when they meet in regular session this evening.
The pool has been closed for more than two years after renovations to the facility did not repair problems with the pool. Since then the city and the contractor have been tied up in a civil case.
Also this evening, the council will go over a request for $2,000 for the Haven Fall Festival and go over a housing incentive program and a resolution seeking a grant to help fund that incentive.
Tonight's Haven City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m. at the Haven city offices at 120 S. Kansas Avenue.
