Rice ‑ 14‑80 KA‑7322‑01 ‑ K‑14, beginning 3.77 miles north of the U.S. 56/K‑96/K‑14 junction north to the Rice/Ellsworth county line, pavement marking, 8.3 miles, Roadsafe Traffic Systems Inc., Chicago, Illinois, $230,360.50.
